We know many of you NextTribe readers are artists and artisans and that during COVID many of you have found solace and refuge in your creative work.
We’d like to give you the recognition you deserve.
This fall–and maybe before depending on the response–we will be starting a Virtual Studio Tour, where in each session we will showcase the work of one of our NextTribe members.
Please note that only official NextTribe members can have their work featured, though the event will be open to the public.
We are open to any kind of art or creative work, from paintings, photography, and sculpture to needlework, weaving, pottery, and jewelry-making.
If we choose to feature you, we will set up a time where, via a ZOOM session, you will take us through your studio or work space and show us at least five pieces you have created (more if we have the time). You can talk about your technique and your intentions with the various pieces. We anticipate the event to last between 30 and 45 minutes.
We will promote the event (and your work) before the event and afterward via a recording of the ZOOM tour, which we will post on our website.
We want to assist you in selling pieces to women who are eager to support other women in their creative and business efforts. So it is helpful if you have a website where people can buy online.
To be considered for a Virtual Studio Tour, please fill out this form and attach at least one sample of your work.
