Sacha Jones is one of the warmest, most thoughtful people you’ll ever meet. She brings all of that to her holistic wellness practice, Stiggly Holistics, based in New York City and Sullivan County, NY. And lucky for us, she’s also bringing her energy and expertise to NextTribe. She writes about nutrition and wellness for us and this week we’re running a fascinating article about how she got off her 30-year vegetarian plan. Not an easy decision for her or an easy process to reincorporate animal protein. Read about her journey here.
Sacha studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is a lifelong learner. Inspired by her own healing she has created wellness packages for various learning styles—one-on-one coaching, small women’s groups, and larger group “cleanse & nourish” classes. She is also a Lifecycle Celebrant, trained at the Celebrant Foundation and Institute and believes very much in the power of ritual for healing and wellbeing. She is in her happy place while cooking, gardening, taking photos, listening to music and dancing, hanging out with her lovely hubby Mike, and making things with clay and yarn! Sitting still is something she’s still working on. Find her at Stiggly.com.
