Marta Kauffman
Marta Kauffman is best known as the co-creator and executive producer of the Emmy-Award-winning series Friends, and a NextTribe favorite, the Netflix comedy series Grace and Frankie, with Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin.
Previously, Kauffman co-created and served as executive producer on the critically acclaimed comedy series Dream On, for which she received an Emmy Award nomination and a CableAce Award. Kauffman also co-created the comedy series The Powers That Be for Norman Lear, and Veronica’s Closet, as well as serving as executive producer on Jesse and the one-hour drama Related.
Wendie Malick
Wendie Malick has graced our screens with an illustrious film and television career for decades. She received four Cable Ace awards for her role in HBO’s groundbreaking comedy, Dream On, and garnered a Golden Globe and two Emmy Nominations for her iconic Nina Van Horn, in Just Shoot Me! Malick also starred in Hot In Cleveland, where she and her cast mates earned a People’s Choice Award, and a SAG nomination for Best Ensemble. Other series included Frasier, Big Day, Good Company, and Rush Hour.
Malick is on the Board of the Environmental Media Association, and the Advisory Board of Return To Freedom, a wild horse sanctuary and advocacy group.
Maggie Rowe
Maggie Rowe is a writer/performer living in Los Angeles. After starting out as an actress, she shifted her focus to writing. She’s the author of two memoirs, Easy Street: A Story of Redemption from Myself and Sin Bravely: A Memoir of Spiritual Disobedience. She’s written screenplays for several films including (Bright Day! and Out West) for television shows (Flaked and Arrested Development) created stage productions (Hollywood Hell House, Hollywood Purity Ball, Lawyer Cop Doctors, and Pretty Good Show) and edited a book of personal essays (Dirty Laundry). She’s produced and regularly performed in the spoken word show sitnspin (created by Jill Soloway) at the Comedy Central stage for the last fourteen years.
Julie Gordon White
