What Makes You Sweat? Take Our Survey on Fitness and Exercise

As we get older, staying active is more important than ever. This month we're focusing on exercise and fitness and how we can help you fit it into your life better.

We know, we know!

We know how important being active is, especially at this time in our lives. We know it will keep us healthier and living longer; it will help our bones stay stronger and our blood pressure in check. We know that you know all this too!

Here’s something we also know: It can be hard to get a body moving again if it’s been a while since it was doing so in a sustained, focused way. It’s difficult to fit it into crammed schedules and to really enjoy it if we’re working through aches and pains we’ve accumulated over a life well lived.

But during the month of July, we’re going to be focusing on exercise and fitness and how it can become more a part of your life. But to help you out as best we can, there’s more we need to know! About you and your work out routine.
