We at NextTribe have always been fascinated with reinvention stories of women in this later chapter of life. We are looking for essays that express the yearnings, guts and determination to make a pivot now. We do not want a chronology of steps but something that reaches deeper, something that captures how difficult and at the same time rewarding the pursuit of a new road can be. Essays that are writerly and insightful will have the best chance of winning.
Prompt: Write about a time you’ve reinvented yourself, or longed to.
